It is, where internationally recognized and widely adored Arabica and Robusta coffees are being produced and distributed to other islands and to foreign markets. The coffee market plays a significant role in the Indonesian economy and is one of the most dynamically growing one, until today. 
 
Our latest partnership involves interning with one of the biggest coffee producer in the region, with extensive trading market and international suppliers. The hosting company is focused on developing new growth opportunities and establishing new business relations. At the same time, is currently running a project, dedicated to improvement of an environment-friendly tourism culture, across the plantations region in the Javanese countryside. Sales & Marketing Position 
 
Intern’s profile: 
-Economics / Marketing / Finances-related studies 
-very good English literacy 
-strong analytical thinking and data analysis 
-good persuasion and negotiation skills 
-interest in trade market and ability to prepare trade offer (as a preference). 
 
Main activities: 
-developing sales strategy across Europe 
-looking for new potential importers and establishing business relations 
-managing clients portfolio and providing consultancy 
-working on new markets opportunities. 
 
Hospitality & ECO tourism 
 
Intern’s profile: 
-Tourism/ Hospitality/Project Management-related studies 
-very good English literacy 
-good organization and time management skills 
-strong communication abilities 
-interest in environment-related projects and initiatives. 
 
Main activities: 
-working on project preparation (SWOT analysis, target group definition, market research)
-working on project coordination
-participating in project development plan (along with PM and a dedicated team)
-conducting marketing activities (to promote the initiative and increase the social impact).
 
Both internship positions enable you to get a valuable insight in the way how coffee trade market operates and how to successfully grow and manage narrow-sectored business in the region of South-East Asia. Additionally, it is a great chance to interact with native, local communities and positively impact the perspective people have on travelling and environment.
