It is a challenge and a vacation at the same time. Living in a culture that is different to mine in so many ways made me change my attitude towards a lot of things in life. However, through this internship I got more independent, learnt a lot about myself and another culture.

My superiors at work care for me and respect my requests at work. For example, I have the possibility to arrange my working hours slightly to my own schedule, which makes it easier to make plans for my free time and enjoy the surrounding areas of the city where I work.

The company Internship Indonesia itself is great. All the employees at Internship Indonesia care about candidates and interns and make sure they find a suitable match for them. Once matched with the hosting organization, they are helpful in all matters concerning Visa issues, accommodation, vehicle rentals, etc.
